Mariners Compass Class

Mariners Compass Class was yesterday. I must say, we have a great bunch of die-hard quilters. Barbara arrived after having only 2 or 3 hours of sleep, and accomplished as much as the well rested quilters! Norma came flying in the door first thing....I really mean she came in flying and landed flat out on the stone floor! She skinned her knee and her knuckles, but had a great time sewing all day inspite of it. There's something to be said for what my Grandma would call a lazy man's load. You know, trying to carry it all at once instead of making two trips. Grandma was right, eh Norma? Theresa stayed an extra hour or so, but she went home with her compass almost finished! Juliann and Audrey did bang up jobs. I can hardly wait for show and tell night.
