Howdy! Did anyone else see the shooting star at 6am? No kidding! Really! I decided it was a sign that I should get up. So with my coffee, and in my 'jammies, there I sit in the back yard. Good thing it was still dark. That very quickly got boring, so, by 7am I had a lemon cake in the oven. No. I didn't burn it. However, remember that steak? Yep, I never washed the broiler pan. So, the house filled up with smoke anyway. Nuts!
Remember all those crazy quilts I was making with my Mom's stash? This weekend I'm giving the first of seven, away. Tara and the grandkids are coming for Easter Sunday! Yeah!
The store will be closed for Good Friday. Open Saturday 9 to5pm. Closed Easter Sunday, and Monday. Remember to give someone you love a hug!
